Ramses Exhibition with Fish & Chip Lunch

Step back more than 3,000 years and uncover the extraordinary story of Ramses the Great, one of ancient Egypt’s most powerful and influential pharaohs. This captivating exhibition features 180 priceless treasures on loan from the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, including dazzling royal jewellery, gold masks, ancient sculptures, animal mummies, amulets and rare artefacts seldom displayed outside Egypt.

Follow the remarkable journey of Ramses II through his 67-year reign, exploring his legendary military victories, ambitious building projects and vast royal dynasty. Travel through Egypt’s golden age, from the awe-inspiring temples of Abu Simbel to the legendary Valley of the Kings and discover the legacy of a ruler remembered as the Builder, the Warrior and the God-King of Egypt.

Before the exhibition, we'll stop for lunch at the renowned Masters Fish & Chip Shop, famous for serving some of the region's finest traditional fish and chips.
